Location: Sharjah

JOB SUMMARY
To drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client
relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Officer will be responsible for
achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
MAJOR DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and quotations.
• Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to management on market needs
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in designated systems.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

customer service).

RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACTIONS OR DECISIONS
1. Direct impact on revenue generation and client retention.
2. Decisions on pricing negotiations and contract terms within approved limits.
PHYSICAL EFFORT
1. Primarily office-based with occasional travel for client meetings.
2. Requires extended periods of sitting, computer work, and phone communication.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
1. Office setting with frequent external visits to client locations.
2. Fast-paced, target-driven environment requiring adaptability and resilience.
JOB KNOWLEDGE
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field

Additional :

Sales techniques, negotiation skills, CRM systems training.
Related Work Experience (type and years)
Minimum 2- 3 years in sales or business development, preferably in a similar industry(UAE).
Language skills: (Specify if English/Arabic Translation )
Fluent in English (mandatory).
Arabic language preferred for client communication and translation when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
