Role Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Officer/Executive, based in Oman, where you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth for a leading packaging manufacturer. You will build and maintain strong professional relationships, represent our brand with existing and prospective clients, and contribute directly to the ongoing expansion of our client base throughout the region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Oman.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular client visits and business meetings to strengthen partnerships.
• Prepare and manage quotations for key clients and document business meetings effectively.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform business strategy.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and consistently update the CRM systems.

Must have requirements

• Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities in the region.
• Strong relationship-building skills with manufacturers, distributors, and key market players.
• Outstanding organizational skills for preparing quotations and managing key client documentation.
• Experience conducting regular client visits and business meetings.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Proficient in maintaining sales reports and CRM data accurately.

Nice to have requirements

• 0-4 years of experience in the packaging industry.
• Established network within the food, FMCG, detergent, or industrial sectors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within Oman as business needs require.
• Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented approach to work.
• Strong understanding of flexible packaging materials and their practical applications.
