Sales Officers / Senior Sales Officers

We are looking for dedicated Sales Officers & Senior Sales Officers to join our sales team. This role is perfect for professionals who are driven, client focused, and eager to grow in a results oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Must be skilled at making calls to schedule visits and follow up with clients.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in sales (Real Estate or related industries preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in client handling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Understanding of the local market and customer behavior.

Location: Federal B. Area, Karachi, Pakistan

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
