Sales & Online Bidding Specialist (E-book Services)

We are hiring a highly skilled and dedicated individual who will be responsible for both online bidding and lead conversion for our E-book services.

Initially, the primary responsibility will be to generate business through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing marketplaces. As the company grows and inbound leads start coming in through Google, the candidate will also be responsible for handling and converting those leads into sales.

This role requires excellent English communication skills and a strong ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively bid on Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms to secure projects
  • Write high-quality, customized proposals in fluent English
  • Communicate with international clients and close deals
  • Handle and convert inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, email) as they come in
  • Maintain follow-ups and ensure maximum conversions
  • Achieve monthly sales and bidding targets

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in online bidding (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
  • Experience in sales or lead conversion is a strong plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently from home

Compensation:

  • Fixed Salary + Commission (Target-based)
  • Final package will be decided after the interview
