Job Overview:

SALIDA is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with practical experience in automobiles and bikes. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market presence within the Islamabad region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Promote and sell automobile and bike-related products and services effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs consistently
• Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of field sales experience in automobiles or bikes
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively
• Valid driving license (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with automobile dealerships or bike showrooms
• Strong understanding of the Islamabad market and customer network
