Sales Operation Executive (POS & Client Onboarding Specialist)

TGT Nexus Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic Sales Operation Executive (POS & Client Onbording Specialist) (POS) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who can build strong client relationships and drive international sales in the POS domain.

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Salary Package: Market Competitive

Transportation: Available for Female Staff

In this Role you will:

Own client onboarding: Manage the full lifecycle from kick-off to go-live, configuring our POS system to fit unique client needs.

Be the POS expert: Serve as the internal subject-matter expert, providing pre-sales support and troubleshooting application hurdles.

Optimize sales ops: Crunch the data in our CRM (like Salesforce) to streamline processes and boost sales efficiency.

Drive client success: Ensure a seamless and impressive launch experience that sets clients up for long-term success.

You're the perfect fit if you have:

1-3 years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Client Onboarding.

Hands-on experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems – you know how they work and how to configure them.

Proven skill managing CRM data and improving sales processes.

The ability to translate complex tech into simple steps for clients.
