Job Purpose/ Summary:
To act as the central operational hub between Sales, Development, Finance, and Legal by gathering, validating, and structuring all sales-related data (pricing, inventory, contracts, and payment plans) and ensuring its accurate reflection on the Sakneen platform. The role ensures seamless sales operations, data integrity, and contract issuance while supporting strategic decision-making through reporting and financial analysis (including NPV calculations).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cross-Department Data Integration

Act as the focal point between
Development, Sales, Finance, and Legal

Gather and validate
unit pricing, inventory status, and project data
from Development

Ensure all data is accurately reflected and updated on
Sakneen platform
2. Inventory & Pricing Management
-
Own and manage
daily inventory updates
across all projects
-
Ensure alignment between actual inventory, pricing, and system data
-
Handle any unit changes (upgrade/downgrade) and reflect updates across systems
3. Sakneen Platform Management
-
Upload and maintain all unit data, pricing, and availability on Sakneen
-
Ensure data accuracy and real-time updates
-
Monitor system usage and reporting accuracy
4. Contract Issuance & Legal Coordination

Lead coordination between
Sales and Legal
for contract issuance

Ensure all documentation, approvals, and data inputs are complete before contract generation
-
Track contract status and ensure timely issuance
5. Financial Analysis & NPV Calculations
-
Perform
NPV calculations for units
based on payment plan adjustments

Support approval process by providing financial justification
-
Align with Finance on payment structures and financial impact
6. Sales Commission Management

Calculate and finalize
monthly sales commissions
(brokers, agents, ambassadors)

Ensure accuracy and alignment with contracts and sales performance

Coordinate with Finance for validation and payout
7. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Prepare
daily, weekly, and monthly reports
on:

Sales performance

Inventory status
-
Pipeline and bookings
-
Provide insights to CSO for decision-making
8. Process Governance & Optimization
-
Develop and maintain
sales operations workflows and SOPs
-
Ensure compliance with approval matrices and internal policies

Continuously improve operational efficiency
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Finance / Information Systems
-
3-6 years in Sales Operations within Real Estate Developers/Strong exposure to CRM, inventory, contracts, and commissions/Experience in NPV/payment plan structuring is a strong plus

Advanced Excel, CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)

Sales analytics & reporting /Inventory & pricing management /Financial modeling (NPV)
