Job Responsibilities:

1. Order Management

  • Create Sales Orders (SO)
  • Manage order-related email responses
  • Coordinate with finance for invoice issuance to expedite production or delivery

2. Logistics & Customs Coordination

  • Track shipments, customs clearance, and payment processes
  • Communicate with DHL and freight forwarders to ensure accurate delivery
  • Assist customers with shipping status and handle urgent delivery issues

3. Local Procurement

  • Manage local procurement for accessories or structural parts (PO to delivery)
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm orders and follow up on delivery

4. Distributor Operations

Update distributor inventory and coordinate with warehouse & customer operations

5. Inventory & Sample Support

Assist sales in confirming inventory and sample availability

  • Follow up on sample requests and urgent pick-list cases

6. Forecast & Opportunity Management

  • Maintain forecast and opportunity pipeline data

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations or similar roles
  • Knowledge of order processing, invoicing, and logistics coordination
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (written & verbal)
  • Proficient in Excel; SAP/ERP experience preferred
  • Strong sense of responsibility, fast learner, and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
