The Role


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing team at New Lantern. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our sales team by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and building the foundation for scalable operations. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, engineering, and operations to ensure efficient workflows and data-driven decision making. This is an excellent opportunity to help shape sales operations at a fast-paced startup transforming healthcare technology.


Responsibilities


  • Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide actionable dashboards for the sales and leadership teams

  • Optimize and automate sales processes to increase efficiency

  • Maintain and manage CRM systems and ensure data accuracy

  • Partner with sales team to track performance metrics, quotas, and pipeline health

  • Support forecasting, lead management, and territory/account planning

  • Assist in developing sales materials, presentations, and documentation

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead related projects

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market strategy and business operations


Qualifications


  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a related field (startup or tech environment preferred)

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics platforms

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience building and optimizing scalable processes

  • Passion for startups, data, and healthcare innovation
