About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to provide critical inside support to our sales organization. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth and Client Solutions and supporting one other sales professional, this role is essential in ensuring our team is equipped with accurate data, efficient processes, and the logistical support they need to succeed in the field and at industry events.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working across multiple systems—including HubSpot, Levitate, and LinkedIn—to drive insights, streamline operations, and elevate our team’s performance.

As a Sales Operations Analyst at Alan Gray , you’ll be at the center of our sales engine—driving insights, supporting strategy, and enabling our sales team to thrive. You’ll gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools, collaborate directly with sales leadership, and play a meaningful role in shaping how we engage prospects and measure success.
