Sales Operations Analyst

The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing reporting & analytical insights in addition to assisting in Salesforce.com activities to support and drive results for the North America Service organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce monthly standardized management reporting packages on KPIs from a variety of dimensions and levels of aggregation

  • Assist the sales team with user errors in Salesforce.com

  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing within the Salesforce.com platform

  • Perform budgeting, planning and analysis activities for Sales Operations

  • Analyzes sales-related activities associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity, and goal attainment

  • Provides a wide variety of ad-hoc support for Sales Operations and Sales Management, including data modelling, presentations, and training.

  • Actively participate in strategic analysis with Sales Management, including making recommendations on improvements to business processes, sales productivity, and revenue initiatives

  • Proactively data mine and provide analysis on sales activities, lead management, pipelines, forecast accuracy, etc. to provide Sales Management with insightful and actionable information

  • Assist in market potential analytics, territory and sales force sizing exercises, including the aggregation of data from a variety of disparate sources and systems into a database and models for data-driven decision making

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 2+ years Salesforce Support experience

  • 2+ years Advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Data/Analytics

  • Experience with Windows application and Microsoft Office programs

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, if statements, lookups, etc.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce, administrator level experience a plus

  • Experience in change management

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
