We’re looking for a full-time assistant to help with the daily operations and creative side of a fast-moving luxury watch business here at MODA. This role touches everything from listings and shipments to creative projects and organization — perfect for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

You’ll be working in person at our downtown Sioux Falls office. Every day looks a little different, so we need someone who takes initiative, stays organized, and looks for ways to add value without waiting to be told what to do.

Responsibilities (in general):

• Support daily operations, listings, and packaging
• Help with creative ideas and content projects for social media
• Able to be contacted outside of typical business hours
• A good understanding of social media platforms

Bonus Skills (not required):

• Video editing (TikTok, Reels, etc.)
• Photography

• Extremely detail-oriented and dependable
• Self-starter who thinks ahead and solves problems
• Creative, teachable, and organized
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Compensation:

Full-time, salaried position with room to grow.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
