Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Logistics Operations Executive to join our dynamic team at our office in Sharjah, SAIF Zone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing logistics operations across multiple modes of transport—air, road, and sea—ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations related to air, road, and sea freight.
• Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of shipments.
• Manage and track shipments from origin to destination.
• Handle documentation and compliance for international and local shipments.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and transporters to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and resolve any operational issues related to shipments or logistics processes.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management in the UAE (preferably in air, road, and sea freight).
• Experience in handling operational tasks related to logistics.
• Knowledge of customs procedures and international shipping regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
