Sales & Operations Coordinator

supports the sales team by managing administrative, operational, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction. They prepare quotations, process sales orders, maintain customer records, coordinate with customers regarding inquiries and deliveries, track inventory availability, and follow up on pending orders and payments. They also prepare sales reports, monitor sales performance, update CRM systems, and coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Additionally, they assist in customer service, document management, contract administration, and resolving order-related issues while supporting management with sales forecasts, data analysis, and operational reporting.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
