About the Role:

We are hiring a Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our daily sales and warehouse activities.
This role ensures smooth order booking, delivery scheduling, and stock coordination between the sales, logistics, and warehouse teams.
It’s a practical, on-site role for someone organized, responsible, and ready to grow in the FMCG industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive and confirm customer orders accurately.
  • Plan and schedule daily deliveries with the logistics and warehouse teams.
  • Track product availability and update stock levels.
  • Prepare daily manpower schedules for loading and dispatch.
  • Communicate with customers about order and delivery status.
  • Prepare simple reports and summaries using Excel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, warehouse, or logistics (FMCG preferred).
  • Good knowledge of Excel and ERP/inventory systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluent English; conversational Arabic.
