We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Sales Operations to support and streamline our daily sales processes. This role involves close coordination with internal teams such as Sales and Factory, management of dispatch operations, and ensuring accurate record-keeping for pricing and warranties. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and eager to contribute to the efficiency of the sales function.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage follow-ups related to EcoStar & GREE AC promotional schemes.
  • Prepare and oversee the daily dispatch operations.
  • Handle re-issuance of warranty cards in coordination with the factory.
  • Maintain seamless daily coordination between the sales team and factory.
  • Maintain the daily dispatch plan sheet and ensure updates are accurate.
  • Manage and maintain records of price control policy circulars and related documentation.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales support or operations role (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management abilities.
