Job Summary:
The Sales Operations role in the Indian market supports field and inside sales teams by managing sales processes, MIS reporting, order coordination, and cross-functional alignment to drive revenue and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily sales operations and support field sales teams across regions
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, sales dashboards, and weekly/monthly targets
  • Track leads, pipelines, closures, and incentive calculations
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and sales documentation
  • Coordinate with finance for invoicing, credit notes, collections, and GST compliance
  • Liaise with supply chain/logistics for order processing and timely dispatch
  • Support pricing approvals, quotations, and contract documentation
  • Analyze regional and channel-wise sales performance
  • Ensure adherence to company sales policies and processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
