Skills:
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or basic programming concepts

Experience writing SaaS or IT product content

Understanding of Agile / SDLC processes

Experience with tools like Grammarly, Google Docs, WordPress

Responsibilities

Create and edit technical content such as blogs, articles, user guides, FAQs, whitepapers, and documentation

Write content related to software, IT services, web technologies, and digital products

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to gather technical information

Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content

Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and consistency

Optimize content for SEO and digital platforms

Update and maintain existing technical documentation
