Job summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive to support our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will streamline sales processes, optimize performance reporting, manage CRM tools, and coordinate cross-functional activities that drive overall sales efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot), ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports/dashboards for management review.
Track sales performance against targets and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies, lead tracking, and campaign success measurement.
Support sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting.
Assist in onboarding and training of new sales team members on tools and processes.
Monitor and manage sales incentive and commission plans.
Ensure smooth operation of sales processes from lead generation to order processing.
Coordinate with Finance and Operations for billing, invoicing, and contract management.
Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and recommend improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Understanding of sales funnel management and pipeline optimization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a Sales Operations, Sales Analyst, or similar role.
Proficient in CRM systems and data management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities in the Sales and Operations Field:
Sales Planning & Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets and revenue goals.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions.

Team Coordination:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans.

Performance Tracking:
Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports for management.

Process Optimization:
Improve sales processes and operational workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.

Inventory & Supply Management:
Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure the availability of products or services as per demand.

Budget Management:
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective operations without compromising on service quality.

Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitors.

Customer Support Oversight:
Ensure timely and quality customer service by resolving issues and maintaining satisfaction levels.

Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure all operations follow company policies, industry regulations, and accurate documentation is maintained.
