CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to join our Business Development Team in a remote capacity and serve as a trusted strategic partner to our Chief Sales & Strategy Officer (CSSO) and senior business development leadership. In this highly visible role, you’ll sit at the center of CHA’s growth engine—driving operational excellence, strengthening pipeline visibility, and enabling informed, timely decision‑making across the organization.
What You'll Do::
  • Act as the primary Business Development Operations partner to the CSSO and senior growth leadership, advancing strategic growth initiatives aligned with corporate objectives
  • Enable executive readiness by managing priorities, communications, calendars, and follow‑through for C‑suite leaders
  • Support the full sales and business development lifecycle, including opportunity setup, pipeline tracking, pursuit reporting, and executive communications
  • Leverage CRM and ERP systems (Deltek Vantagepoint) to ensure accurate pipeline data, visibility into opportunities, and actionable insight for leadership
  • Produce high‑impact sales, pipeline, and performance reporting by synthesizing CRM, financial, and operational data
  • Support proposal and pursuit efforts by developing compliance matrices, milestone schedules, and coordinating internal contributors
  • Oversee final proposal production, ensuring quality, responsiveness, compliance, and on‑time delivery
  • Serve as a cross‑functional connector across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Project Management, and Operations to improve efficiency and growth outcomes
What You Bring::
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience supporting sales strategy, business development, and operations management in a growth‑oriented environment
  • Proven experience partnering with C‑suite and senior leaders with professionalism, discretion, and executive presence
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, pipeline management, proposal development, and CRM/ERP platforms
  • Advanced organizational and project management skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, meaningful business insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise systems; Deltek Vantagepoint experience preferred
  • Experience in professional services, engineering, or consulting environments strongly preferred

Salary Range::
$80,000 - $95,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
