Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Operations Manager to lead our real estate sales team. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, supervising agents, coordinating between management and sales teams, monitoring performance, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan market and proven leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of real estate agents.
- Conduct daily/weekly meetings, setting targets and reviewing performance.
- Assist agents with closing deals, client handling, and negotiation support.
- Ensure agents follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Sales & Operations Management
- Coordinate all communication between management and sales team.
- Monitor agents’ activities, including lead follow-up, client visits, and deal pipelines.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Ensure team compliance with RERA and company guidelines.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare detailed sales reports including leads, performance KPIs, revenue forecasts, and closing ratios.
- Maintain updated records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Work closely with marketing, HR, and admin teams to support operational requirements.
Market & Project Knowledge
- Stay updated on all major developers, new launches, off-plan projects, payment plans, and market trends.
- Provide accurate and updated information to the team and clients.
- Attend property launches, broker events, and developer meetings as required.
Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Assist agents in managing key clients and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Build strong relationships with developers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of UAE real estate experience, preferably in off-plan sales.
- Proven experience in team leadership or sales supervision.
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s property market, major developers, and project trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and report management.
- RERA Certification (preferred, or can be obtained after joining).
