Role Overview
We are a new Business Setup & Corporate Services startup in Dubai and are seeking a Sales & Operations Manager with proven experience in starting from zero and scaling up. This role requires a hands-on leader who can build revenue while simultaneously establishing strong operational systems.
This is not a maintenance role. The selected candidate must have early-stage or startup experience within the UAE business setup ecosystem and the ability to independently build, manage, and scale both sales and operations.
Core Mandate (Non-Negotiable)
- Build sales and operations from scratch
- Create processes before headcount
- Drive revenue without overpromising delivery
- Scale teams and systems in line with growth
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Development
- Generate and close business for:
- Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation
- PRO services, visas, and compliance services
- Build early-stage sales through:
- Founder networks
- Referrals and partnerships
- Direct B2B outreach
- Define pricing, service scope, and realistic turnaround times.
- Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
2. Operations Setup & Delivery
- Establish and manage end-to-end operations for:
- Trade licenses and amendments
- Visas, Emirates ID, labor contracts
- Renewals, cancellations, and compliance
- Own execution quality, timelines, and compliance.
- Act as single-point accountability for client delivery.
3. Team Building & Scaling (0 → Scale)
- Hire, train, and manage:
- Sales Executives / Coordinators
- PROs / Typists
- Operations & Admin staff
- Define KRAs, KPIs, and productivity benchmarks.
- Build a performance-driven, accountable team.
- Replace non-performers swiftly (with management approval).
4. Process, SOP & System Creation
- Design and implement SOPs for:
- Sales qualification and handover
- Operations execution
- Documentation and compliance control
- Build dashboards, trackers, and escalation matrices.
- Ensure scalability without chaos.
5. Government, Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage relationships with:
- DED, Free Zones
- MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA
- Tasheel, Amer, Typing Centers
- Negotiate service rates and turnaround times.
- Build reliable execution channels.
6. Cost, Risk & Performance Control
- Control operational and sales costs.
- Balance revenue growth with delivery capacity.
- Track and report:
- Sales performance
- TAT and compliance
- Team productivity
- Escalate risks and bottlenecks proactively.
Mandatory Experience & Requirements
- 5+ years UAE experience in Business Setup / Corporate Services / PRO firms.
- Proven experience in building both sales and operations from zero and scaling up.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of:
- UAE business setup processes
- Sales in Business Setup / PRO services
- Government portals and compliance
- Demonstrated team hiring, training, and management experience.
- Ability to work independently in a startup / zero-system environment.
- Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
