ABOUT THE ROLE
Programmers Force is hiring a Sales Operations Manager to lead and scale our revenue operations function. This is a high-impact, senior role reporting to leadership — not a support function. You'll own forecast accuracy, sales tech stack, process design, and cross-functional alignment across MENA, EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
We move fast. We operate globally. And we need someone who has done this before — inside a SaaS business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and run forecast cadences at business unit or regional scale
- Manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM — workflows, custom properties, integrations, dashboards
- Build analytical models and dashboards without engineering dependency (SQL fluency required)
- Ship process improvements that measurably change sales rep behavior
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing Ops, and CS Ops
- Support sales methodology operationalization (MEDDPICC or equivalent)
- Collaborate async across time zones with global sales leadership
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 5–8 years of B2B SaaS Sales Operations or Revenue Operations experience — SaaS background is non-negotiable
- 1–3 years managing/leading Sales Ops or Revenue Ops teams (OR strong senior IC track record with documented outcomes)
- Forecast accuracy track record of ±10–15% or better — references required
- Hands-on HubSpot expertise: built workflows, integrations, and dashboards independently
- SQL fluent or equivalent; builds dashboards and models without engineering support
- Multi-region sales org experience (minimum 2 geographies)
- 1–2 shipped operating system improvements with documented adoption outcomes
- Professional English fluency for cross-time-zone communication
- Currently based in Lahore, Pakistan
STRONGLY PREFERRED
- RegTech, FinTech, Identity, Compliance, or Security SaaS background
- Multi-product portfolio experience (3+ product lines)
- Experience at a global SaaS company while based in Pakistan
- AI-augmented operations (deal scoring, sequence intelligence, conversation analytics)
- MEDDPICC methodology operationalization
- Hands-on experience with Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo
- Experience at a Big-4 consulting firm or Tier-1 SaaS company
NICE TO HAVE
- Exposure to Marketing Ops or Customer Success Ops (full RevOps stack)
- Deal Desk experience with documented SLAs
- Multi-currency, multi-region commercial operations
- RevOps community participation (Pavilion, RevOps Co-op, GTM Operators, etc.)
Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
