Job Description

  • Support Sales Teams in order to ensure efficient and high quality sales processes in daily operations
  • Managing Customer / Distributor’s Order & Sales Operations (Order Creation/Update, delivery & Stock tracking, Bonus payments & Documentations etc.)
  • Daily / Weekly reports & calculations for customer orders, backlogs & inventory & campaigns & bonuses etc.
  • Being part of special Sales processes (e.g.: warranty return process) and managing related sales orders and other tasks
  • Follow-up Customers / Distributors financial accounts and coordination among related departments
  • Ensuring data & information flow among stakeholders about Sales Operations related topics
  • Perform processes according to standards and ensuring process & data quality
  • Evaluating complaints and suggestions (in area of responsibility) from stakeholders and taking necessary actions.
  • Improving sales operation related processes in-line with company strategies

Qualifications

  • University degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration etc.
  • Excellent level of English
  • Experience in sales operations, customer order & process management & reporting/analysis
  • High level of ERP systems e.g. SAP & Non-SAP platforms e.g. CRM etc. knowledge
  • Good at problem solving and Planning & Organization
  • Excellent communication & cooperation skills
  • Analytical approach in work
  • Ability to develop processes & systems
  • Proactive & eager to learn new things
  • High Customer and result orientation
  • Develops positive working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Low Code – No Code Knowledge & Experience (e.g.: RPA, Power Automate, PowerBI etc.)
