We are looking for a driven Sales Operations Supervisor to oversee the full operations cycle for our Q-commerce and HoReCa channels. This role ensures smooth order flow — from receiving and preparing orders to dispatching, delivery, and returns. You will manage daily operations, coordinate with internal teams, oversee delivery representatives, and ensure service standards are consistently met. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational accuracy, and business growth.

Lychee relies on both its manufacturing capabilities and brand recognition built over a decade to expand its retail operations seamlessly based on customer demand and to scale its existing presence in modern trade, traditional trade and quick commerce.


What will you be doing?

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of order management for Q-commerce and HoReCa channels.
  • Ensure accurate order receiving, preparation, packing, and timely dispatch.
  • Supervise delivery representatives and monitor their routes, performance, and punctuality.
  • Track deliveries and returns to ensure proper documentation and smooth closure of each order cycle.
  • Coordinate with production, warehousing, and sales teams to ensure order readiness and accuracy.
  • Monitor stock levels required for order fulfillment and escalate shortages proactively.
  • Implement operational SOPs to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and hygiene standards.
  • Handle operational issues in real-time and provide quick solutions to avoid order delays.
  • Track daily KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery lead time, returns, and service quality.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on operational performance and improvement areas.
  • Train delivery staff on proper handling, delivery protocols, and customer service.
  • Recommend process improvements to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.


What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales operations within FMCG industry
  • Strong understanding of order management, delivery processes, and last mile operations
  • Leadership experience in managing delivery representatives or front-line staff
  • High attention to details and strong ownership mentality
  • Strong cross functional coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
