WHAT YOU CAN MAKE

● Average reps: $80K–$150K

● Top performers: $150K–$250K+

● Commission-based (1099)

● Bonuses + incentives

If you’re coachable and willing to work, six figures is very realistic.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

● Generating leads (door knocking + referrals + company leads)

● Running appointments and inspecting roofs

● Guiding homeowners through the insurance process

● Closing deals and managing projects
