*Job Profile: Sales Representative & CRM Executive**

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative & CRM Executive to join our team and support our global OEM and private-label business operations. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing our relationships with international buyers across diverse markets, including the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Russia/CIS, Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, and Latin America. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication, maintaining accurate CRM data, and coordinating with various departments to facilitate smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Buyer Communication:** Serve as the primary point of contact for international buyers, ensuring professional and timely responses to all inquiries.

- **Quotation and Catalogue Management:** Prepare and share quotations, catalogues, and product data with buyers, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

- **CRM Management:** Maintain daily logs in the CRM system, ensuring all buyer interactions and lead statuses (hot/warm/cold) are accurately recorded and updated.

- **Lead Tracking:** Monitor and track leads from exhibitions and other sources, ensuring follow-up discipline is maintained to convert leads into long-term accounts.

- **Internal Coordination:** Collaborate with marketing, PPC, and production teams to ensure timelines are met and buyer expectations are exceeded.

- **Order Status Updates:** Keep buyers informed of their order status, coordinating internally to resolve any issues that may arise.

- **Documentation and Reporting:** Utilize Excel/Google Sheets to document and report on sales activities and buyer interactions.

**Qualifications:**

- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.

- **Experience:** 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination, CRM management, or export sales. Experience in manufacturing, OEM/private label, or B2B industrial sectors is preferred.

- **Skills:**

- Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.

- Excellent email etiquette and documentation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
