Express Dental Products is an independently owned company, in business since 1986. We specialize in products for orthodontists, orthodontic labs, and general dental practices. We created the Designer Marble retainer and wax cases, which we can proudly say are made in the USA.

We are seeking a reliable, talented, high energy, fun, creative, unique individual with a minimum of 2 years sales and general office experience for this multi-functional position. This job is consisting of calling a large data base of our already established customers and entering their orders. Other duties will include answering the phone and miscellaneous general office tasks.

Work Schedule: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday

Salary: $18.50 / Hr.
(Plus health benefits and vacation/sick/holiday accruals after 90-day probationary period.)

DUTIES:

• Working with our small office team to reach the monthly sales quota & in return, earn a monthly bonus of $150.00.
• Calling our customers with high fun energy to inform them of our monthly sales and enter their orders.
• Assist with answering incoming phone calls, order entry, filing, mail invoices and other miscellaneous office duties when necessary.
• Upselling to our customers who call in to place orders.
• Cross-training for various company duties.

Paid training on our products is for a period of one month during your regular work schedule and consists of general knowledge of our orthodontic products. This will help you to better understand our products and in return, better assist our customers.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:

• Two (2) years experience in a general office setting.
• Error free order entry
• Typing a minimum 35 wpm.
• Familiar with QuickBooks, CoralDraw and Shopify a plus.
• Must not be shy on the phone and have a pleasant phone voice.
