Description: We are seeking a results-driven Sales professional specialised in Manpower Outsourcing. The candidate must have a proven track record of securing outsourcing contracts and the ability to bring new business from day one across various industrial or commercial sectors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new outsourcing/manpower supply contracts by leveraging an existing network of clients in Qatar.
- Lead the negotiation process with corporate clients, including contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors in the manpower sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with procurement and HR managers across various industries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Outsourcing/Manpower sales within the Qatar market.
- Ability to bring active outsourcing contracts from day one (Plug-and-play).
- Strong existing client network and portfolio in Qatar.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
