Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and educate them about our overseas education or immigration services.
- Understand the client’s requirements and suggest the most suitable program or service.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads and convert them into enrolled clients.
- Maintain a database of leads and update the status of follow-ups, calls, and conversions using Excel.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Provide accurate information on services, destinations, eligibility, and processes.
- Address client questions or concerns professionally to build trust and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and documentation process.
- Generate additional leads through referrals and follow-up.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or voice-based customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills. (English mandatory).
- Ability to handle objections and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with MS Office.
