We are expanding our U.S. Owner-Operator onboarding team and looking for high-performance Sales/Recruitment Executives who can confidently speak with American truck drivers, build relationships, and close sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities
- Call U.S. Owner Operators (semi-truck drivers) and pitch our dispatch & MC onboarding services
- Generate leads, follow up aggressively, and close conversions
- Maintain CRM, call logs, and pipeline tracking
- Build trust, answer questions, and explain payouts, lanes, equipment requirements, etc.
- Work closely with the Operations/Dispatch team
- Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment targets
- Maintain professionalism and U.S.-style communication on calls

- Strong English communication (U.S. accent not required)
- Confidence, persistence, and ability to handle objections
- Previous experience in U.S. trucking recruitment / dispatch sales / BPO calling is a PLUS
