Job Title : Sales Partner – Cybersecurity

Location: UAE Residents Only

Position Type: Profit-Sharing / Partnership Model (Non-Salaried)

Compensation

This position is based on a profit-sharing model — there is no fixed salary. You will earn a percentage of the profits(50%) generated from clients and projects you successfully onboard and manage, ensuring your growth aligns directly with business success.

We have been delivering reliable software testing and cybersecurity solutions since 2017. We are now extending our cybersecurity presence into the Middle East, helping enterprises strengthen their defenses and safeguard critical systems and networks.

To further expand our cybersecurity footprint in the UAE and GCC, we are seeking an experienced Sales Partner – Cybersecurity with strong regional connections and a deep understanding of security services and networks.

Role Overview

As the Sales Partner – Cybersecurity, you will lead our business development and sales efforts in the Middle East. You will leverage your technical understanding of cybersecurity and network solutions to drive client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth. This is a strategic role designed for a results-driven professional with a strong market presence and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to promote cybersecurity and network security services.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners across the UAE and GCC.
  • Leverage your industry network to generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align business goals, pricing strategies, and growth plans.
  • Contribute to marketing and outreach initiatives to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Translate cybersecurity and technical offerings into clear business value for clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in technology or cybersecurity sales, business development, or IT solutions.
  • Strong understanding of security testing, network security, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Must be based in the UAE with an established professional network in the Middle East.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and close high-value B2B deals.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to operate in a profit-sharing model (non-salaried).
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
