Next Range Real Estate is expanding our team! We are looking for motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing brokerage in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice tailored to client needs
• Negotiate deals and manage the entire transaction process
• Stay updated on Dubai’s property laws, market trends, and community developments
• Maintain strong client relationships for future business opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Must be motivated, professional, and goal-oriented
