Land Portfolio Sales Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Land Portfolio Sales Manager to oversee the acquisition, marketing, and sale of our land portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-value land sales, strong market knowledge, and excellent leadership skills to drive revenue growth and manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the company’s land portfolio to achieve targets and maximize profitability.
  • Identify and evaluate market trends, competitive activities, and potential land acquisition opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, brokers, and government authorities.
  • Negotiate high-value land transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and lead the land sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for land projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of zoning regulations, land valuations, and market dynamics.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in land sales, real estate investment, or property development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and proven ability to close high-value deals.
  • In-depth understanding of land valuation, zoning laws, and market analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • UAE real estate experience is highly preferred (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
