Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (Arabic Speaker) with strong real estate experience to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, building client relationships, and ensuring targets are consistently achieved in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee the entire sales process — from lead generation to deal closing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, investors, and property developers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance performance and product knowledge.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all transactions.
  • Handle escalated client concerns professionally and promptly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of proven sales experience in the real estate sector, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • UAE driving license (preferred).
