Sales Person

• Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and the company’s objectives.
• Analyze sales figures, customers reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
• Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products as per the planogram.
• Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory
• Forecast profits/sales and plan budget
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs, etc.
• Remain up to date with the industry’s best practice
• Accurately calculate discounts and special offers
• Stay up to date on all promotions and special offers
• Coordinate with the logistics to ensure stock availability is maintained.
• Work with supermarket staff to enhance product visibility, including shelving and display areas.
• Maintain the visual appearance of the store.
• Assist in placing orders and monitoring fast-moving items.
• Support in-store activities and assist in operational tasks as directed.
• Perform any additional duties as required by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,100.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
