Sales Person

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our products/services to new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing the company in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve results
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel as required

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs43,000.00 per month
