Sales Person

Job Description:

• Develop sales of fresh & frozen poultry and table eggs across assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarkets, groceries, wholesalers, and key accounts.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand distribution coverage.
• Negotiate pricing, shelf space, and promotional agreements.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure proper collection of payments as per company policy.
• Submit accurate weekly sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of FMCG experience in UAE market (Mandatory).
• Proven experience in selling poultry and table eggs (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of UAE retail and wholesale channels.
• Valid UAE Manual Driving License (Mandatory).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Target-driven and result-oriented.
