Roshan Packages Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support the growth of our Corrugated Packaging Business in Karachi. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in B2B sales, packaging solutions, or working with manufacturing and export-oriented clients.

Position

Sales Executive – Corrugated Packaging

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell corrugated packaging solutions to relevant industries
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams for smooth order execution
• Conduct regular market visits and follow-ups with clients
• Provide market insights and sales performance reports to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in packaging/manufacturing industry)
• Experience in corrugated packaging or industrial sales is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
