Sales Person Kitchen and Bath

Overview
We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Person for a Kitchen And Bath Remodel Company to join our team! You will be responsible for presenting quotes in the home, in office, speaking with customers as they come into the office, handle all in coming phone calls, and keep CRM system up to date and accurate.

Qualifications

• Previous construction sales experience is a must.
• Interior kitchen and bath design experience is a plus
• Must be able to read a tape measure and understand basic carpentry and plumbing.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Pro Kitchen Software experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their kitchen and bath renovation needs, offering tailored product recommendations.
• Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, layout options, and remodeling solutions.
• Utilize ProKitchen to assist clients with layout design and visualize their project ideas effectively.
• Manage inside sales activities including order processing, POS transactions, cash handling, and customer account management.
• Collaborate with clients on project planning, providing guidance on renovation processes, construction timelines, and maintenance requirements.
• Maintain organized merchandising displays, stock levels, and ensure the store environment is inviting and well-presented.
• Support marketing efforts by promoting new products or seasonal promotions to enhance customer engagement.

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales within the kitchen and bath or home improvement industry.
• Strong knowledge of renovation, remodeling, construction, interior design, and lighting sales.
• Proficiency with ProKitchen, or similar layout design tools to assist customer visualization.
• Exceptional communication skills for clear explanation of product features and project details.
• Organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accurate documentation of sales and customer interactions.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,300.00 per week
