Shift: Night (9pm-6am)

Role Overview

We are seeking highly motivated Software Sales Executives / Upwork Bidders who are excellent in English communication, comfortable handling client calls, and skilled at understanding software projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms
• Communicate effectively with international clients (written & verbal)
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team
• Conduct client calls, demos, and requirement-gathering discussions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Experience in Upwork bidding or software sales preferred
• Strong understanding of IT/software services
• Comfortable with client calls, meetings, and negotiations
• Ability to understand project scopes and translate them into proposals
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
• Intermediate or Graduate
• Fresher Can also apply ( fluent in English ).

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
