🎯You Will Be a Perfect Match If You Have;

Bachelor's degree from related fields,
-
Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Minimum 2 years of experience in demand/supply management, sales planning processes,
-
Proficiency in MS office –especially Excel – software and Power BI.

Creative thinking, able to identify long-term opportunities and trends,

Team player with problem-solving and negotiation skills,

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
📌Main Responsibilities:

Model and channel-based order studies according to short, medium and long-term sales forecasts and optimum stock level,
-
Making channel-based sales analysis, combining this information with future market, demand and supply plan expectations, creating insights and developing action suggestions,
-
Taking actions to ensure that the company remains in the optimum stock structure by closely monitoring the stocks,
-
Ensuring the necessary coordination and negotiations with internal and external customers regarding the vehicle supply plan and availability levels,
-
Execution of dealer order, target and allocation studies,
-
Carrying out short- and medium-term market and sales forecasting studies,
-
Develop and improve Power BI reports to automate and streamline performance tracking (daily, monthly, yearly)
-
Leading development efforts to increase the efficiency of sales and supply planning processes with a continuous improvement perspective.

Actively contribute to system development and digital transformation projects within sales planning processes.
-
Optimize data flow, strengthen reporting infrastructure, and implement system enhancements to support planning and decision-making.
