Sales & PR Manager

We are looking for a Sales & PR Manager with a strong focus on digital media sales, media buying, ATL advertising, and PR management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing advertising clients for website placements, closing deals, generating revenue, and managing PR relationships with brands, mobile companies, and corporate clients.

This role is best suited for someone who understands how digital media makes money and can convert traffic, visibility, and brand presence into real paying clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and onboard advertisers (brands, agencies, companies).
  • Pitch website advertising opportunities to potential clients.
  • Negotiate ad pricing, contracts, and close deals.
  • Generate and achieve monthly revenue & sales targets.
  • Manage digital media sales and media buying (MB).
  • Handle PR management with mobile companies and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term B2B client relationships & partnerships.
  • Track ad performance, client satisfaction, and campaign results.
  • Strengthen brand visibility, trust, and digital positioning.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong sales & negotiation abilities.
  • Clear understanding of digital advertising & website monetization.
  • Experience in digital media buying, ATL, and PR.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to drive B2B outbound sales & partnerships.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, digital media, advertising, or PR.
  • Education: BBA / MBA or a related field in Sales & Marketing.
