Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare periodic sales reports
• Conduct market visits, customer meetings, and product presentations
• Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and ensure timely execution
• Coordinate with Accounts and Production departments for smooth order processing

Requirements:

• MBA, Bachelor’s degree (BBA / B.Com / Marketing preferred)
• 1–3 years of relevant sales experience (chemical or manufacturing industry preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Field sales and market knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven
