SALES PROCESS ASSOCIATE

Job description:

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for reaching out to parents/guardians over calls, informing them about our learning programs, and convincing them to attend a free demo session for their child.

Responsibilities:

• Call and engage with parents from provided leads.
• Explain the benefits of our learning app and schedule free demos.
• Maintain proper call and booking records.

Requirements:

• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Prior telecalling or customer engagement experience preferred.

WORKING TIME: 11AM TO 9PM, TUESDAY TO SUNDAY (MON WEEK OFF)
