Sales & Procurement Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Sales & Procurement Executive with experience in oilfield and MRO supplies. The role involves handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, sourcing materials, and supporting ongoing Oil & Gas projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage RFQs, quotations, and order follow-ups
• Source oilfield and MRO materials from approved suppliers
• Negotiate pricing and manage purchase orders
• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers, logistics, and warehouse
• Support clients, vendor registrations, and project requirements

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Oil & Gas or oilfield supplies
• Knowledge of MRO items, mechanical/electrical spares, tools, and PPE
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• MS Office proficiency; ERP/SAP is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
