Sales & Procurement Executive – Steel Coils and Roofing Sheets

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Sales & Procurement Executive to manage our end-to end supply chain and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands on approach, responsible for both procuring raw materials at optimal costs and selling our finished products to a diverse client base.

Role and Responsibilities:

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials (e.g., steel coils PPGI, GI, PPGL etc.) and indirect goods (Corrugated Profile Sheets, purlins) and services.

Develop and execute annual and monthly sales plans to achieve revenue targets

Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.

Preferably candidate must be having an existing network of supplier at least.

Identify, approach, and manage relationships with wholesalers, contractors, architects, and real estate developers

Conduct market research, track competitor activities, and analyze client needs to refine sales strategies

Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and UAE regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a sales/procurement role (preferably both) within the UAE market.

Industry Background: Must have experience in one of the following: steel/metal fabrication, building materials, , or industrial warehousing/logistics

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing has an advantage though relevant work experience may substitute.

Familiarity with UAE/Middle East construction industry and procurement processes

Fluent in English and Hindi; Malyalam/Arabic is a plus

Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills 8. Valid UAE driving license preferred
