We are actively hiring Automotive Sales Consultants / Sales Representatives at our Young Ford location in Ogden. If you’re passionate about car sales, customer service, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career. Whether you’re an experienced automotive sales professional or new to the industry, this is a strong entry-level sales opportunity with paid training and ongoing support from our internal training team, the Center of Excellence.

Responsibilities

    • Assist and guide customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that best fit their needs
    • Build and maintain strong relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
    • Stay up to date on automotive trends

    • Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and efficient sales experience


Qualifications

    • Previous experience in automotive sales
    • retail
    • or a related sales role is a plus (not required)
    • 5 years of Sales Experience or 2-3 Summers of Summer Sales preferred (but not required)
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • A positive
    • goal-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
    • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge
    • Valid driver’s license and professional appearance
    • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
