Sales Professional - Heavy Equipment Rental

1. Job Summary

Alpha Advanced (sister company of Perfect Vision) is a fast-growing provider of heavy equipment rentals and skilled manpower in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a hands-on Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle, from finding new leads on construction sites to closing rental contracts and ensuring payment collection.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Find and visit new construction and industrial project sites to identify equipment needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline from initial contact to closed deal.
  • CRM Reporting: Log all calls, meetings, and deal stages daily in our CRM system.
  • Product Presentation: Present our fleet and IoT safety solutions to site managers and procurement teams.
  • Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate rental quotes and commercial proposals.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of the sales process, including contract signing and payment follow-up.
  • Client Retention: Visit existing clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and look for upsell opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Provide simple weekly updates on your sales targets and market activity.

3. Technical Requirements

  • Industry Knowledge: It is highly preferrable that you understand heavy machinery like excavators and loaders and how rental services work.
  • Sales Background: You need proven experience in B2B field sales, specifically within the construction or industrial sectors.
  • Tool Proficiency: You must be comfortable using CRM software and standard office tools for reporting.
  • Mobility: A valid driving license is required as you will spend most of your time traveling to client sites.
  • Technical Literacy: You should be able to explain technical equipment features in simple, business-focused language.

4. Soft Skills

  • Self-Management: You are highly self-managed and can plan your own daily schedule effectively.
  • Persistence: You are persistent and comfortable following up on leads until a deal is closed.
  • Goal-Oriented: You have a strong sense of ownership and are driven to meet rental targets.
  • Relationship Building: You build trust easily with both site workers and senior decision-makers.
  • Attention to Detail: You are detail-oriented when it comes to keeping accurate CRM records and contracts.
