What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. The team helps assess, design, build and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology to create, execute, and run a collaborative sales and support roles. Architect master data solutions across platforms to consolidate content, synchronize data, provide centralized maintenance of unified data, enable rich product content management and print publishing as well as to synchronize global data ensuring consistency and control of master data elements. Support day-to-day master-data operations by validating, reconciling, and remediating data issues; produce actionable reports to keep data reliable for downstream users.
What are we looking for? •• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, IT, Statistics, or related field. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Comfortable with data extraction and basic transformation (SQL or equivalent). • Proficient with spreadsheets (pivot tables, lookups) and basic data validation techniques. • Clear written communication for logs and stakeholder updates. • Ability to research and validate information using third-party sources when needed. Minimum experience • 2–4 years in data operations, MDM support, analytics, or related data role. • Experience with a master-data or customer master UI. • Exposure to BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and a cloud data warehouse. • Familiarity with ticketing/workflow systems.
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Process and validate create/update/inactivate requests against policy and SOPs. • Run daily checks on data quality dashboards and investigate anomalies. • Reconcile master records with source/transactional systems and raise/resolve exceptions. • Execute root-cause analysis for recurring defects and propose fixes. • Prepare and distribute regular operational reports and metrics (TAT, backlog, accuracy). • Document actions and maintain audit logs; follow approval workflows. • Support bulk data activities and ad-hoc data requests from stakeholders.
