We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated, and high-achieving Sales & Project Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity.
In this pivotal role, you will be the primary driver of our business growth, responsible for the entire lifecycle of a project—from identifying and closing new sales opportunities to overseeing successful project delivery.
Position Details

- Salary: AED 4,500 – 5,500 + Performance-based Incentives

Core Responsibilities
- Business Development: Actively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to meet monthly sales targets.
- End-to-End Coordination: Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring that commitments made during the sales process are delivered with precision and quality.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends in the UAE to identify potential growth areas and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales pipelines, project timelines, and financial targets.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively.
